Psychotherapy

Incorporating psychotherapeutic approaches, I provide a supportive and non-judgmental space for you to explore deeper emotional issues and past experiences that may be impacting your current situation. At your request, my sessions may integrate processing and healing from past trauma, experiences and relationships, designed to help you gain insight and develop healthier perspectives as you navigate through the complexities of separation or divorce.
